Let's Go Bingo App

Overview

During the pandemic, people were encouraged to stay home, making it harder to connect with friends and family. Let's Go: Bingo is a multiplayer app letting one player host a game that others join remotely from anywhere.

Problem

The app already had placeholder wireframes and functional user flows, but needed a complete visual design before launch.

What I did

  • Reviewed existing user flows: one player creates and controls a game, others join by game ID to play together remotely
  • Presented three visual directions — Vintage, Modern, and New — and the team selected a Modern, casino-inspired direction
  • Refined the Modern direction into a colorful, playful gradient system for a “fun” feel
  • Designed the trickiest screen — game creation — balancing multiple controls (game type, board setup, number generator, reset) with consistent styling
  • Applied the finished system across every screen and handed off assets to developers via InVision

Outcome

Complete UI shipped for App Store launch, giving the founders a cohesive, playful visual identity across the whole game.
